Shining Speaking Stars Portal
Confidence and public speaking classes for kids from kindergarten to college. Two cycles a year: Aug–Dec and Jan–May. Weekday classes 3:30–7:30 CT, small groups of up to 7 kids, levels in order: Beginner, Transitional Intermediate, Intermediate, Advanced.
For parents
Create one parent profile, add each child, browse classes by level and cycle, and request admission. Times are shown in Central and in your child’s time zone.
Semester-end presentation
Dallas locals present in person. All other students present on Zoom. Parents confirm their child’s slot in the portal.
Office hours & makeups
Request a 15-minute follow-up window, or accept a coach invitation. Emergency makeups only, same level, open seat only, max 2 per cycle, with coach approval.
Payments
This portal does not take card payments. Parents log a payment they have made (date, amount, method, child, cycle) for the coach to confirm. Only the coach sees the full payment ledger.
